Ebates/Rakuten - Shop for Cash

One of my favorite ways to save while spending is through Ebates (now Rakuten). It's a cashback website that allows you to get anywhere from 1-20% cash back just for clicking through their site first before making your purchase. Doing this one simple step before shopping online helped me get $2,000 in free cash over 7 years, that's an average of $285/year.

Step 2: Before making a purchase, all you have to do is go to Ebates, find the store you want to purchase from, and click on the "Shop Now" button. You'll be directed to the store and can shop how you normally do while Ebates tracks your purchase.

Step 3: Make a minimum purchase of $25 - you get $10 for free, and I get a $25 referral bonus. You can then share your own referral link to your friends to get $25 for each person that signs up and make a purchase!

About every 3 months, your cashback will be paid to you via Paypal or check.
